Robert J. March, M.D.
Dr. Robert J. March is committed to providing his patients with excellent care in hematology and medical oncology in Rockland County and surrounding areas. Board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine for Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology, Dr. March is currently in private practice at Hematology Oncology Associates of Rockland, P.C. in Nyack, New York.
After receiving his Bachelors of Arts in Biology and Psychology at New York University, Dr. March received his Doctor of Medicine at the American University of the Caribbean in Montserrat, British West Indies. His post-graduate training included an Internship in Medicine followed by a Residency in Medicine at Bronx V.A Medical Center at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, NY. He then joined a fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at New York Medical College of Westchester County Medical Center in Valhalla, NY.
Current hospital affiliations of Dr. March include Nyack Hospital in Nyack and Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, where he is an attending physician in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
In addition to his clinical success, Dr. March is active in biomedical research and has published numerous articles related to his fields of hematology and oncology. He has also received awards from the American Cancer Society for Appreciation and for Breast Health Partnership. Dr. March is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Internal Medicine, the American Medical Association, and many others.
