The diagnostic services that Hematology-Oncology Associates of Rockland provide include a state-of-the-art evaluation based upon the interpretation of pathologic, radiographic (X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, PET and other nuclear scans) and laboratory studies.
Therapeutic services provided include single agent and multi-agent chemotherapy, "high dose" chemotherapy with bone marrow transplantation (both autologous and allogeneic), immunotherapy (including cytokines and monoclonal antibodies), transfusion of blood and other blood products, management of cancer and chemotherapy-related symptoms (including pain, nausea, constipation), genetic counseling about cancer risk and chemoprevention.

Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and for no-shows.
Billing and Payment Policies
Insurance will be billed and the patient is responsible for any deductible, unpaid balance and co-payment. Patients also have the option of paying fees in advance and then receiving their insurance reimbursement check directly from the insurance company. For your convenience we also accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
